Day 11/365 - on day 4/365  fell ill, pneumonia. I've been fairly incapacitated since. Short of breath, recurring fever, hot/cold sweats, urgent care sent me to the emergency room. With this 8 day hiatus so soon on my 365 day journey, I feel overwhelmed with gratitude for my returning health and a sadness for the need to restart and pick up from where I left off on day 3/365. I am dismayed at the effort needed to begin again, now with less breath available to me. Today is still a resting day as I still feel quite terrible. I am committing to begin again on today, day 14/365.
